commy i don't know if JC uses a different method, but here is a idea in general for things that are hard to save and post.
1. Display what you want on the screen
2. click the key "PrtScn" which should come after F12 on the keyboard.
2. Go Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Paint
3. Edit Paste
4. Save as JPEG
And do what you want from there.
