Being more strident and dismissive doesn't make you right.
Telstra has been able to keep a healthy margin in mobiles and enjoyed a sugar hit from the nbn revenues but the rest of the business is under pressure (fixed, Foxtel). I also can't understand their strategy with the smaller investments.
They can grow revenues but I can't see where they're going to grow margins from here. Possibly some recovery but I personally don't expect to see $5 again this decade (even though I still hold and am a customer as well).
If others should look up "cyclical cycles" perhaps you should look up "structural change". I can picture you going long buggy whip futures when the car was invented.
