@fruity I've given it a few days and still nothing. Not one of the Yes people have been able to put up an equivalent story to Millie's.
You guys can't find one Adult child of SS couple who will speak highly of the situation. I've found hundreds who echo Millie's concerns. We've posted countless accounts from those who lived it. You guys can't find hardly any who have lived it and support it. Doesn't that concern you? Marriage is for the children. It is literally why it was created. Does it sound to you like the LGBTI community are fighting for children or themselves? You don't get married for you. That is literally the best lesson any man can ever teach his son. You don't get married for you. Here is an excerpt from an excellent article on the subject:

But in this argument it is all about the 'you'. All about the grown up gay adult wanting someting for them. As far as i can see the affect on children isn't even worth discussing. Even tho clearly the grown up kids have a lot to say the yes campaign would prefer they remain silent.

Now tell me, where in all of this has the yes campaign even mentioned children. They refuse to hear from the only test group we have which is the now grown up children of SS couples. You made a comment and then couldn't or wouldn't back it up with even 1 single example. We've given countless horror stories from the children who have lived it.
This is about the children first and foremost but i'm not hearing them even mentioned in the discussion on the yes side. That is enough for me. Too selfish. Too self centered. A child isn't a chihuahua or an accessory for your purse.
