    Howdy,

    Where for art thou? I notice you never addresses my answers, points I made on this thread?

    But never the less, some of your posts fire me up, (all good) push me to set your points out and let the Bible speak, so perhaps it's God's way of getting me to explore where I may not have gone haha.

    I may have said to you before, The Word subject, I didn't go looking for it initially, it attached to me like a magnet and boy, when you get on this mission and grasp it's truth, the amount of branches it has is astounding and I can assure you now with certainty, Jesus is NOT The Word in 1:1.
    It becomes a bit like finding a new Bible or should I say, it starts talking to you and showing things not seen before!!!
    The way one needs to look at John (the whole of John and in fact, the entire Bible), consider The Word (Title) and that's God's and think of it as ONE flower and a truck load of Bee's circling it, they fly out and keep coming back to that flower, The Word.
    Or you could say, all roads lead to Rome (The Word).

    I'll just touch lightly on an area of which I have compiled quite a bit of support for, in fact I might ask your thoughts on a few areas and see what your feed back is and perhaps we could look at some points in baby steps instead of longwinded posts by wotsup haha.

    Jesus in John 6:44 & 65 among many verses says, no one can come to Jesus unless the Father calls them, God calls us;
    How do you say the Father calls them/us?

    The term or many verses that say - We are called in God's name or by God's name;
    Exactly what is it saying here or what does it mean?
    NAME?

    Jesus teaches us how to pray - Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name;
    On the surface of it, it appears Jesus said nothing about a name here - Is that how you see it?
    If so, do you not think that is ODD?

    Jesus says in John 17:6 I have manifested (made clear and obvious) thy Name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world.
    What was that name?
    If it wasn't "a" name as such, What was it?

    I open this post to all Christians to comment on, non Christians as well if you like?
    You may find it becomes interesting and I would also like to ask, lets see if we can keep it on track and work as a team!!!
    Thankyou!!!
