From my perspective I think that some posters are looking at Mark's purchase in the wrong way.
Regardless of what amount he bought (that could be all he can afford, but I doubt it), but an alternate way to approach this is to wait out for other Directors to follow suit and make their own on/off-market purchases.
Dont get caught up in the noise one one persons action, look at the broader pattern of behaviour. If others come out buying in the next week or so, we'll know its game on. If they dont, he's probably just taking time to posture a better position? Until someone asks him, we wont know.
As for Barrios comments from above, time for contrarian investors to consider their options.
