I'm not a mining expert in this. But by reading analysis from everyone, summary from a simple mind like mine:
1. New management:
- your share is worth around 15c with no idea what they will be doing (plus they're only a small holder 5%)
2. Stay with current management:
- We may be cash flow positive with current reserve and operation (with it lasting till 2020)
- Share price worth what as what it is until they randomly find something with what they're doing (which becomes a multi bagger) with 3 years to go

Either way, it's a spec stock. Ready to lose 100% on this one or earn a lot on this one with no expectation of what your money can become = Gambling
