I love following debate among AGO enthusiast.
Three points I got from this solid report are:
Underlying profit/(loss) after tax* 30,841K
Deferred tax losses not realised $508,820K
Average price per tonne received (including Lump & Value fines) (AU$/WMT CFR) 2017 60.69; 2016 55.47; 2015 59.96
In my opinion when it comes to AGO everything hinges on 58% grade iron ore price. If the price on average is over $50US, company will be highly profitable. If the price on average is under $40US, company will be bankrupt.
