They barely have enough cash to last out the rest of 2007. And the results aren't due until the end of 1Q 2008, perhaps 2Q 2008.
Raising has to happen, and within months. Delay only creates further uncertainty in the share price, which is falling steadily.
Expect more falls until they sort this out.
