Yes i've read the 2016 articles that state they are working on two buildings. How does this affect Magnis/BEI though? Are they looking to lease those specific buildings or something?

You need to provide more information that actually links the remediation work on those buildings to the planned NY Gigafactory. That is how substantiation would work in this case

If you are just making an assumption that Magnis/BEI (and all the other companies that operate from different parts of that huge campus) are affected because two buildings are being remediated then there is no hope for you.

Maybe in the future just ensure you have some actual real substantiation that backs up what you are stating in case you are asked.
