It may be a good idea to produce a list of questions for the EGM. Then someone who is attending can take them to feedback answers in a structured way. Can we try to be sensible with the questions, and just keep this page for questions? I'll start with a couple:

1) In the previous AGM it was stated that the company would only raise money for company expansion. Yet since then there has been a raise via CN for working capital, and now this meeting is for the approval of another CR. Can you give more of an explanation about the need for the additional CR?

2) With two contracts signed (Sol and PGAS), and expected imminent revenue, do you think it is necessary to be looking to expand on the companies IP? This will use scarce funds and with no guarantee of revenue. Also in the minds of some the Talico relationship is somewhat a conflict of interest with Nick being involved in both companies. To play devils advocate, if Talico are so confident of revenue from the IP, then why are they not using it themselves? It would be good for shareholders to see substantial and sustained revenue on the contracts we have before expanding into new unknown markets.

one can only assume that the said deals that were scheduled for completion that is settlement firstly August then September are now not happening.....

credit raising raises a further concern....
