unless someone has access to the register, you cannot tell from the "Ceasing to be a Substantial Shareholder" notice how many shares they continue to hold. . .. they only have to disclose the sales through to the point where they dipped below 5.0%. . . .anything after that time does not need to be disclosed so we just don't know.
