A lot of exciting in formation in the article, what you have put in bold is the best piece for me.
I wonder which large firm Wayne has his eye on in particular....Edwards and Medtronic are already well involved. Below is a table showing the other three key prospects from an article in 2016.
As has been said Direct Flow Medical went out of business in Dec 2016. It appears from the table Johnson & Johnson and Abbotts had some level of investment in them.
Abbott's bought St Jude for 25b which would include their TAVR play.
That leaves the Johnson & Johnson as an option, as they look like they have made a little play at this space based on the above....however it could still be a number of others I'm just guessing.
Wayne said in the article he planned to approach Q1 2018 but hopefully with the IP locked away he has already approached and discussions are progressing nicely.
Q4 could be very interesting on a number of levels.
