Hi Amorga, are you refering to that announcement saying an internal scoping study has been completed. What does that mean, they did it themselves? Without all the usual expert consultants in each field, eg engineering, marketing etc? And I don't think they have released it to market either, is that correct. Perhaps another reason it's called an Internal scoping study, the market hasn't been given the details?

Anyway, whilst I have you, I believe you sent an email to company requesting confirmation of whether they are totally compliant with Equator principles, in particular the public availability of information and the maintenance of livelyhood provisions. Did you ever get a response from the company on this and if so can you share it with us?

@kingofhell thankyou for following up with the company that issue I raised re ownership in I3 NY and the companies quick response to your call. Let's hope in future announcements they specifically address that shortfall in information on ownership, it would be nice to see the words "fully owned subsidiary" of I3 , instead of related entity, so much clearer on what the ownership structure is.
