Hi exchanger, it's just a formality they need to go thru as shares that may be issued to directors are not to be issued at a fixed price, but at a volume weighted average price and they won't know the actual price at the time they gain shareholder approval. So they needed an exemption.

So doesn't mean they are providing $600k funding, just that they will be able to get approval at meeting for any required issue to directors in case the funding by directors is needed as part of the sub under righting agreement.
