I understand where your are coming from, however, when looked at trading between oppies and heads, around 1.5 to 1.9 cents difference. It has never been the full 2 cents.
As i said before, I don't mind the premium because for this share nothing has changed in regards to fundamentals, therefore, I would just buy up the oppies now and accumulate and convert later and have a total cost of .023 then have more money tied up by buying the heads during 6 months of winter shutin.
If the heads fall dramatically lets say with 1 cent difference to the oppies, then buying heads will be the better choise. It all depends.
However, for now I don't mind the premium.
