The US market is priced for perfection, so close to all time highs yet its economy faces major problems. Well, that's what I believe even if others don't. Sure Australia looks reasonable value esp resources but fact is, if US falls in a hole then China growth will be stymied and we will feel the impact.
I am a long term bull in resources for the next two decades but at this point in time I think the dangers have been too readily dismissed. The speed of this bounce has been reckless and crazy, no room for error in the US now.
