I also have an info tech background for many years and I researched the tech carefully. It had much promise. The Apple NFC part worried me but I assumed they would get clearance from Apple and NFC for Android was a given.

ADRC was the hook for me....it really sounded like it could be the glue that IOT needs....a single protocol covering the mass of layers and uniting devices. Sadly that is still missing.

The XPE app was a dud and still is. No hub available to buy and still no release of a version that comes close to its competitors.

Anyway its a sad and sorry state of affairs now as anyone can see.
