It is good to see China has stepped up to the mark to bring stability and growth to many countries in Africa and they will be rewarded for their efforts. They will be the most powerful dominating force on the planet for many years to come and they will achieve this by securing supply of vital minerals and metals and turning the DRC into the mining powerhouse it should be. Happy to be a part of history in the making and happy to be rewarded in the process.

Completely agree that investment will help Fred. However I find the issue will be with the fact that the government in DRC is known for corruption itself. Just look at Tanzania recently with it increasing it's stake in projects.

Comparing FMG, Andrew Forrest and the Australian government to the DRC is a completely flawed model.

I think investment is needed in third world countries, I also think that workers and countries should not be exploited. Crazy as it sounds the DRC government is notone that lets itself be exploited. If it wants to take something or make an issue of something it will no doubt about it.
