Previously reported “Visible Gold Intercepts” have now returned the following assays:
• WDRC 289 – 16 metres @ 482 g/t Au (uncut) from 123 metres down hole (depth including 1 metre @ 6,770 g/t Au)
• WDRC 290 – 9 metres @ 454 g/t Au (uncut) from 132 metres down hole (depth including 1 metre @ 3,687 g/t Au)
Looking at this exciting data.. are we missing the real target at Mandilla (i.e. next door to Wattle Dam)? W H Y are we only drilling shallow RAT holes at Mandilla? FYI, 36 RC holes were completed in the June Q with total depth of 56-85m - very shallow stuff indeed. During the last drill campaign we had TDs of 26-120m.
Angus/Peter, why not drill a few holes down to 250-300m? We have money in the kitty - get on with the job!
