Perhaps you're right, I don't follow it that closely. I acknowledge they have plenty in the bank but didn't they burn through $6-7M last year? Sounds like a lot for a company without meaningful revenue and needing to finance another, presumably expensive and lengthy trial. Any stockpile less than half their current market cap won't last long.

If they burn through all the cash, don't get any substantial revenue and are unable to meet their financial obligations as a result that equals insolvency to me. Whether that's the actual definition or not, feel free to correct away.
