You forgot to the highlight the piece which states that Nicholas Limb "has extensive experience as a stockbroker". Probably just an oversight by you and not important for our case because the share has only been "played with" for some 3 years up till now. Guess it's not of sufficient importance to the " extensively experienced stockbroker" to be bothered to try and declare his view on what the problem is with the SP. Probably just a plain and simple explanation that are not worthy of mentioning ... that's ....FAR is at fair value at current POO due to arbitrary dilution with no consideration having been given for other avenues that could have lightened the dilution effect.
But that's just me.. AIMO...
