Yeah which is why quarterlies are probably your best bet. They are a month behind but they give you cash balance at end of quarter and expected outgoings for the next quarter. My suggestion would be to check a few quarterlies and see how accurate the company is at forecasting expenditure for the coming quarter. That way you can marry up what cash they had with what they expected to spend and if any has come in from CR's or financing etc to get a rough idea. Sorry I don't have a better solution for you lol
