It will always cost you 10c to exercise. You can exercise before november next year or just sell it on market later whichever you wish. if you exercise then it will be converted to normal MSM shares and you can sell it there.

The general rule of thumb is heads are more liquid and generally have narrow margin so when you need to sell, heads are easier. With options there is more margin for profit (as well as loss) because they are lower priced so you get more for the same money.
