ok back from the pub - full of knowledge and other stuff too … so must write it down so can remember it in the morning lol …wish I remembered that tip of shorting my core …. But oh well ya get that

Mate has closed his shorts - and the one thing that came to mind when he told me he had was Ian Huntley's comment.............. Don't Try to Fight the Fed .......they got more than all us paupers put together to swing it where they need to be and to be frank ...they wont be alone in their efforts - the big end of town won't want the party to end either

Now, I am not for a second dismissing anything Oly has said ... to much respect for that..... reckon what he says must be based on real possility and I don't profess to be knowledgeable in this regard whatsoever so take the following comments as no more than a drunk spitting dribble after coming home from the pub …then having the usual argument with the teenage kids (which happens even if I aint been to the pub….. end up just wanting to go back to the pub … couldn’t so went to the fridge instead) ....but I do know that amongst all the stuff written in news headlines, on the TV … dare I say it even the expert CEO from countrywide, (hang on weren’t they involved in some serious issues lately where they made poor judgements) and, believe it or not ,,even here, on this hallowed ground of hotcopper ... you gotta sometimes look for the hidden motives and agendas – we all seen them.... –

So for mine, amongst the different agendas you got one end of town (little blokes like us worried like all get out and even trying to get out) and the other end of town (the big end) saying we don;t want the party to end and got too much at stake and too much stock to move to get out quick so we gotta work with the feds to support it until either we recover …or can do no more ….so for the time being at least, that’s gotta be a recipe for volatility coz on one hand we have one end of town who are so anxious and just want to sell at all costs and thus prices will go down (aided by who shorted it and thus encourage the fear and exacerbate capitulation) and on the other hand we have those who don't want the party to end for whatever reason so support it (the big end of town and the US Fed) and in the middle ………… well to be honest …….ya got blokes like me …. Usually hung over and happy to play a steady market while hung-over but when it becomes scary …. Well, quite simply …….I end up too paralysed with fear to do anything lol.

Again, its all bigger than me but I take some solace in the thought that the big end probably don’t want the party to be over so some pretty huge forces will be working to either fix it or support it while they sort out where they need to be.

Maybe it should never have got this far – but we have all seen things that never ought have been and even when shown to be wrong still remained despite all logic and the only reason they became and remained was because it suited the powers that be and untill it no longer suits them …..well you gotta assume they will do all poss to ensure the party continues

Strewth Im drunk …. Don’t ask me to clarify anything in the morning coz Ill only have to read what I wrote and try to figure out what I meant ……should just say forget what I've said but Ive now spent too much time typing it to typed to not post it

God I gotta get back to the fridge
