10 MA and 20 MA have both crossed over the 200 MA which is bullish. The last time this happened, the price reached the old 70c / new $3.50 mark. Look left on your chart.

Price still respecting 20 MA and staying above.

I interpret the last few days as a pull back / reversion to the mean rather than a confirmed downtrend.
