Well, MUS has dozens of employees who are handling the stuff each day right now. We have pics of them in bags by the thousands, we have brought in consulting gemologists to help with the grading etc. There would easily be 50 or more people who will be intimately aware of the quality of the rubies prior to the auction. Yet no TH is needed! Why would we need one when the buyers come take a look?

My thoughts only ... But who knows what the ASX will want to do!

All the buyers will have inside knowledge - they would be able to assess the value of the rubies on offer and hence capable of estimating proceeds from the sale with reasonable accuracy. This information is market sensitive & I feel this would necessitate a trading halt
