rags, i don't trade fx, just use it as an indicator for index trades sometimes. But my sense of it is that it responds pretty much like a stock index, that is s/r lines, rsi, macd, trend lies and patterns, etc. One difference might be that fx seem to range trade a lot more than stock indexes, tho some trends seem to be pretty persistent.. eg usd down with bounces along the way..
as for hs, I don't trade it often, but i watch it every day. Its a bit too gappy for me to be comfortable with it atm. sorry can't be more help. I think voltaire and prophet play the hang seng, voltaire plays gold (if thats a currency) and bad golf.. maybe they can give you some pointers, tho prob take the inevitable golf hints with some salt.. :-)
