Romania (Rome?) was not built in a day, I agree. But there have been several years for clinical trials on this product to be carried out and published. Yet Medline shows nothing related to CGNC when you search for CGNC, or Conifer Green Needle Complex, or Conifer Green Needle, or Conifer Green. Why not?

    The Age article states:

"Professor Zhebrun said he believed CGNC could do what a combination of synthetic antibiotics had failed to do — actively prevent H.pylori spreading."

"CGNC has a relatively long history of therapeutic use in the former USSR, and more recently in Russia and Latvia. It was developed in the late 1930s in Russia and used in World War II as a treatment by soldiers for burns, wounds and frostbite."

"It was also used as an ingredient in medicated tampons and cosmetics and products such as toothpastes, soaps and shaving creams."

So there is a long period of therapeutic use, but no such claim will be made when the product is released in Australia. Why not?

Professor Zhebrun may well believe CGNC will work wonders, but pharmaceutical research does not work on belief. It works on blind clinical tests.

Take a read of pages 7-10 at

Application process looks rather messy to me. All I am left with is the knowledge that CGNC is unlikely to be toxic if I take it.

    But thereapeutic?

Be very wary, is what I say.
