I don't mind if there is a small dilution plan in favour of the offtake partner...just makes business sense....You got to give some to get heaps in return..., specially if there is no price cap or ceiling to spod offtake price, then fair enough for client to have a small share of profits.
2.5 times the current assured offtake output is going to do wonders to SP.
Congrats to all of us who invested, didn't sell despite temptations to book profits and are still here at this wonderful juncture in the life of PLS
