number 3 , epminex shares havent seen mention ill have to re read

number 4 , again unsure

number 5 , 12 500 000 shares for the company employee scheme , i dont think they need that , lining pockets of already rich men , they get paid plenty to do the job i vote no grow our company do your job

number 10 , same as above dam if you get paid enough there shouldnt be need for incentive plan its a junior company grow it first then discuss the incentives , the incentive is already there grow the company , i vote no
