Its all about what we will pay not what it costs, tkae potatoes, they grow in the ground then get dug up and coles sells them for 3.50 a kg, the same store will have coles brand frozen chickens in 1.5kg for under 5 bucks, the chicken had to be laid then hatched, fed and kept warm, then transported and killed and packed and yet the potatoes are dearer by weight??.
