    Nuclear power is NOT 100% safe, nor is it a panacea for global warming.

    Geeeeeez! NOBODY SAID IT IS! I didn't even say GW is a problem. But if there is a problem nuclear is part of the solution. If we have reached Peak Oil nuclear is part of that solution too.
