Not too sure. I know the second plant will be ready in November and allows max infant formula to be 80, 000 MT from memory. This FY18 forecast from synalit report is 30000-35000 with the ability to exceed 35000 upon request from A2. A2 generally likes to limit supply to a certain amount to ensure that excess inventory doesn't occur and the grey market price stays attractive for the daigou.
