Negotiations, agreements, MOUs, happen every single day with ASX-listed companies without the need for voluntary suspensions. This company has a propensity to go into a TH or voluntary suspension for every reason imaginable.

The announcement you are waiting for will be considerably underwhelming. It won't be an announcment for 100% funding like some posters on here have been saying. Just like every MNS announ cement it will be light on substance and detail. Good luck.
