Pursuant to the Notice of Acceptance of Registration (SCP301), the ultra-short-term financing bills with a registered amount of RMB 10 billion are issued by the State Development Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Co., Ltd., Agricultural Bank of China Co., Bank of China Co., Ltd., China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd., China Minsheng Bank Co., Ltd., Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. and Zheshang Bank Co., Ltd. co-lead underwriter.
In addition, the registration fee in the above-mentioned "Registration Notice" is valid for 2 years from the date of the notice, and the Company may issue the short-term financing bonds in the period of registration.
