The Chinese will not loose control of Manono .
VW will have to buy off HUAYOU COBALT and its strategic downstream partners, they control operations in DRC .
Own the railway , and established relations with government.
VW can put in an off take agreement with capital injection for secured supply with the miners.
the big question is will AVZ still have the 60% or taken over first.
If Hauyou make an offer between 25c to 30c their market cap appreciates significantly.
Shareholders in AVZ ,will they accept the offer in that range, especially after successful in fill results?
