you seem to be the literary type. Have you ever read the Meanjin Quarterly ? Not sure if it is still alive; it was a journal published by the University of Melbourne Press. I subscribed to it for many yeras since from about 1972 until about 10 years ago. There were some great articles and poems published in it in those years.

If you haven't heard of this, "Grass Roots" might be of interest to you. It is an alternative bi-monthly published by a small company in Victoria. I came across it many years ago in a newsagent store in Warrnambool in 1971 and again had been a subscriber since that time until recently.
