It would be highly advantageous to establish the camp now (after getting necessary approvals) and use it for exploration purposes and then into construction. Normally temporary accommodation and offices are utilised during construction and it is horrendously expensive.

The downside is the camp is only for 50 persons which is probably half the size it has to be. So ultimately will require upgrade for a full camp of maybe 100 people.

One would assume however that the camp is in good condition and at the price paid looks very cheap. IGR have saved a lot of bucks with this purchase.

Shareholders should see it firstly as a big cost saving and secondly a huge signal that there will be mine at Randalls, its just a question of when.
