it will be very interesting to see who is right in this instance.

i am not proclaiming that this is going to rise 30% tomorrow but in my 5+ years in the markets this is the best valued share that has been hammered, that i have seen since SLX got smashed to 38cps in 2002/2003.

the cap is now only $40 million. they have got 21 million in cash. last quarter they profited $3 million, FOR A 3 MONTH PERIOD. they have zero debt. the opportunity is still there to gain contracts with the US army. they still have current contracts with the US army. their products were good enough to win contracts with the US army in the first place.

compare this to a stock like IMI, KSX which have around 1/5th of the cash in bank, with unproven products and caps more than twice the size.... I think this stock is terrific value. i hold none and there may be some more short term downside but in the months ahead i think the prospects of this company are amazing. have enough cash to survive for up to 3 years, you seriously think nothing else will eventuate in all that time???

imho this stock is miles ahead of dozens of start ups that are capitalised at multiples above this market cap. is almost the best valued stock i have ever seen in 5+ years in the markets, the only exception i can think of is SLX when that was sub 40cps.

good luck to holders. i will watch with keen interest and might/should even buy a decent parcel myself. only thing restraining me at this point is current positions which i am reluctant to exit from.
