aflarkin, there is a major difference now in comparison to the correction we had two weeks ago.
Small cap stocks were all indiscriminately severely sold down. The sell-off was indiscriminate because companies with good prospects were all thrown out with rubbish stocks. Very unlikely that those rubbish companies will ever make a comeback. In the meantime investors have been buying into companies that do have good prospects and as such they have been slowing making a comeback.
The blue-chips which in a lot of cases represent limited upside will continue to fluctuate along with the DOW.
The other huge positive with AVX is that the sp has practically a zero percent chance of going much below 30c regardless of what the DOW does due to the $76 million in cash. If it does then i'll set up a fund myself and buy if for $60 million or $50million or whatever. I'm sure i'll find plenty of willing investors,lol. ie you give me $76million in cash and all intellectual property and i'll give you $50million in cash. See what i mean?
