Extract from KE interview as at 25/9/2017 ... "Mr Eckhof said AVZ would enter drilling contracts in the next few weeks and start developing a mine early next year" .... so as part of the process I can only assume that "drill rig tenders" would be at the forefront of this process.
The consistency of meaningless down ramping input contained in these threads is amazing, #zerocredability on display pushing a specific agenda, to which I only hope the newer SH pay no credence to.
