Hi all:
Just want to share some thoughts.. I'm of opinion that risk/reward ratio certainly doesn't favour long from here. I did some research a while ago and found that property and sharemarket cycle is about 90¢X out of phase (like sine cosine relationship) during the 5th wave run up. Therefore I've recently diverted my effort into properties.. any thought on this?
