Not sure how they would determine a price for the concentrate as typically this is negotiated on an annual basis (according to comments at the EGM). The conditions of the agreement would be nice though. Will be interesting to see what the first delivery date is for this agreement (late 2008 or early 2009). Thing is that MF won't be able to agree a delivery date and then have a time over-run again as this will result in breach of contract ... suspect that is why they will end up shooting for early 2009 ... if they do achieve a fully ramped production date of late 2008, AIM will just stockpile the concentrate on site.
