No, In my opinion they will keep the share price under check in order to secure shareholders' approval for the capital raise.
How would you feel in a few weeks time about a raise at 15c when the price is 30c, 40c, or 50c ? there would be a risk, albeit small, that it would be rejected. And I don't think the big boys would be taking their chances.
That is what the share price is being massaged the way we are seeing in the last two trading sessions. it has nothing to do with the valuation or potential.
