I'll take responsibility for this one

I mentioned the other day something about hoping for a relatively quiet wet season and very few (if any) cyclones. What my concern was about ensuring that there are no delays in construction as PLS has committed to a really tight time-frame. We all know how the market reacts to a sniff of a delay/problem with anything.

I lived in the Top End for a few years and apart from a couple of near-misses there was nothing to worry about. As you move further inland road access might be cut off from flood waters after a sudden storm, but it only lasts a few days at most and is usually okay once the flood waters pass through.
