Only sniffers at the moment, I would suggest, would be Hunan ---- what a play that would turn out to be (for them). Sub-prime fallout forces US fundies to liquidate to the only sizable buyer (Hunan).
Then GT carves off U assets with Hunan being major shareholdr in both. If Hunan not interested in U then could deal into larger position in the then asset weakened & cash strapped CMR.
May be drawing a long bow here, but these "delays" sure could be falling well for Hunan
