Which one in particular is meaningless? I didn't work out the probabilities , true. Somebody else did, or a computer with the right algorithm and continuous input of live trading data did. The numbers are available for every option I know or trade. They are available on continues basis as daily trading is progressing, it is a completely dynamic process. The probabilities one can get using implied volatility and the time to expiry, this is a standard method until smart people realized that delta approach is as good and quicker and there is of course mathematical/statistical explanation for this. I don't understand your objections to the numbers I posted.
Check the theory on some good option site, many of them are available.
