I doubt there is a mercy rule though the no camp may wish there was, I may not post my vote and save the no camp a little embarrassment LOL
It's looking like the result will exceed expectation, being volunteer participation it was expect the participation would be between 50-60%, looks like it will exceed that. Initial polls suggested around 38% where against SSM, that may be the case but looks like only 20% will actually vote no.
Notice the abstinence on conservative on these threads?
