ERJ has been mismanaged by a string of well paid board/executives in the past. At least 3 sets of "leadership" I can recall. ECM must be number 4 or 5 ?
In my experience the 1st priority is renumeration.
As for looking after shareholders....I don't think that extends to the good folk here on Hotcopper and retail street. There is 1 gorilla shareholder that has the Co by the kahuna's.
How much of the free float is held outside of ECM, associates of ECM and executive management and BOD?
There will be 1 voice heard at the upper reaches of this company. "We" are all just along for the ride without a voice IMHO
