My stupidity for not doing my homework.
I rented my home for 15 months while we lived in a motor home in the US and didn't realise we had to pay land tax for 2013 and 2014. Thought as it was not an investment property I wouldn't have attracted Land Tax.
I have to confirm tomorrow if this is the case, but fear it is. My bad....no one else to blame.
Puts a dent in my modest paper profit on PLS but am excited with great prospects on this company.
